The Role

As Marketing Lead you will be responsible for our branding, marketing and PR in Sweden. You will have a large impact on how the company is perceived and be instrumental in supporting the sales teams in sourcing deals.

A large part of our marketing strategy is based on trade shows and events and you will be responsible for ensuring we have an exciting and attractive presence. As we are primarily working towards large customer accounts you will be working with Account Based Marketing where we conduct targeted initiatives towards our most important leads. 

As we grow in each market you will furthermore have the opportunity to support in marketing efforts across UK and broader Europe. In this role there is every opportunity to grow in responsibilities along with the company's growth.

Who you are and what you know

To succeed in the role you need to:

• Have experience managing larger marketing projects and driving teams.
• Set up trade shows, creating company specific events, organizing client dinners and creating other types of magical experiences. To excel in this role you need to find such activities exciting and fun, where you just love to organize an enjoyable setting for people to get to know each other in. 
• Create marketing material of different types, including print, digital and film material. 
• Be structured and goal oriented in your efforts in order to manage multiple projects, events and campaigns over multiple markets. 
• Be a high energy individual who loves to come with your own ideas and to also make them happen. At Magma you will be working with amazing colleagues and enjoy being a team player. 
• Be a great manager of both internal and external resources and know how to be a persuasive and fun leader.

Requirements

• Experience in roles as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager or equivalent
• A passion for marketing, branding and PR
• A track record of building exceptional brands or managing engaging events
• Experience in recruiting talent is a strong plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing or Economics is a strong plus
• Excited about working with a team, in office, and not remote
